Finance Onboarding

2–3 weeks

$12,500 one-time

Best fit: Pro subscription, finance team running full AP / project-controls workflows.

  • Full entity coverage: Vendor + Project + Cost Code + Budget + Invoice
  • Custom WBS or cost-code mapping work
  • Conflict policy review (last-write-wins vs. supervisor approval)
  • Finance team training on /activity + /mappings
  • 2–3 weeks elapsed; 4–6 working sessions

We can't install OAuth apps for you, and we won't pretend we can. These are the named contacts and access we need at kickoff.

  • Procore admin access (for App install + webhooks)
  • Acumatica admin access (Connected App + push GI)
  • Finance lead for 2x 60-min mapping review sessions
  • IT contact for OAuth approvals (one-time)
