- Audit trail captured for every sync (idempotency keys checked)
- AI mapping confidence ≥ 0.85 on the chosen entity

Procore Developer App, Acumatica Connected App, push-notification GI install, first webhooks confirmed in /activity.
Week 3
Entity coverage + conflict scenarios
AI drafts the mapping rule, you approve, we drive a forced bidirectional conflict and walk through the resolution UI.
Week 4
Readout + production switch plan
Executive readout, runbook handoff, and a written go/no-go plan for moving the same connection to production.
