Overageapplies when monthly sync volume exceeds the plan's allowance. You receive email + in-app alerts at 80%, 100%, and 120% of cap; sync continues and overage syncs are metered against your subscription.
Annual billing is billed up front and renews on the anniversary. Cancellation policies and PoC / onboarding terms are governed by the applicable checkout or order form terms.
